Dr. Manhattan
Band members Matt and Adam Engers are brothers; the pair met the other two members while they were all students at Wauconda High School. Their name is taken from a character in Alan Moore's Watchmen comic books. They first began playing together in 2005, and self-released an EP the following year. In 2007 they played the Warped Tour and signed with Vagrant Records, who released their self-titled debut (produced by Jonathan Alvin) in 2008. They appeared at Bamboozle and played the Warped Tour again in 2008. The band's first single "Big Chomper, Big Chomper" will appear on the soundtrack of the game NHL 09.
