returns & exchanges

First we would like to say that our policy is to have 100% customer satisfaction. We do however ask that you as the consumer take an extra second to ensure that your order is correct, and that you are ordering exactly what you would like to receive. Original shipping is NOT reimbursable on returns or exchanges, and depending on the circumstances return-shipping charges may NOT be paid for by corporate punk clothing. Ensure that you read and follow the directions pertaining to your return or exchange of merchandise.

YOU MUST SAVE YOUR PACKING SLIP INVOICE, IT IS YOUR RECIEPT!!!

To return or exchange email us corporatepunkclothing@gmail.com. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from our team in reference to the process for your return or exchange. All of our returns and exchanges will be handled by email only. When you send your email return or exchange request there are a few questions we will need answered to properly process your return and or exchange.

  1. What is the full name that the order is listed under and the method of payment?
  2. What is the nature of your business, return or exchange?
  3. If it is an exchange what is the replacement numbers, items, and size needed?
  4. If it is a return what are the item numbers, and items that you are sending back?
  5. What is the reason for your return or exchange?

We will also need you to provide the above information on the back of your receipt. You may print a copy of the email and attach it to the invoice or receipt that came with your merchandise.

After we receive your email with the above information, we will send out a return authorization number. You MUST email us before sending your product back! A USPS label will be issued with your authorization number and emailed or mailed to you. Returns that are not accompanied by a return authorization number will be sent back to the customer. Returns and exchanges take approximately 3 to 4 weeks for processing. We appppreciate your patience with these matters.

Once you have received your authorization number and return label, you will be ready to send back your merchandise. Ensure that we have the copy of your original invoice or receipt as well as the merchandise in the proper parcel and send it back to us at the address below.

When the merchandise is returned in its original condition meaning still NEW, we will then credit the original credit card used in the original purchase. Credit card refunds will take at least 10- 14 business days, and your account will reflect the credited amount on your next statement. A check will be issued for money order payments.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date that you received the merchandise.
  2. Please save your invoice or packing slip it is your receipt!
  3. Original shipping is NOT reimbursed on returns or exchanges.
  4. Clothing cannot be exchanged or returned if it has been worn or damaged in any way shape or form.
  5. Lingerie and swimsuits may not be returned!

International orders

If you live outside the continental United States, we are sorry but we will not be able to supply you with a return label or reimburse you for return postage costs. You may return the items using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise.

There may be additional fees if you live outside the United States. Corporate Punk Clothing will not assume responsibility for any of these fees. All International sales must allow for ample time to ship to their destination.
